Privacy Policy

The Browista USA program is operated through Brow House and its event partners. This policy explains how information submitted through this site is handled.

Information we collect

When you join the Browista USA priority list, we collect the contact details, location, professional interests, consent choices, optional message, selected interest pathway, and any self-assessment answers and preparation result you submit. We may also collect referral and campaign information used to understand how you found us. Campaign and referral information is kept in session storage so it can follow your navigation within this browser tab and is included when you submit an interest form. Closing the tab clears that session storage.

The preparation checklist stores only checked task IDs in this browser. It is not sent to organizers, and you can remove it with the Reset checklist control.

Artist-resource requests include your first name, email, the resource you requested and whether you chose to receive updates. We use these to send the requested resource and make your request available to the organizer-assigned team. Receiving occasional Browista USA education and competition emails is optional and separate from your request, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Resource requests do not include consent to text messages. Revenue worksheet figures stay on the page and are not sent to our servers or stored by the worksheet. If you request the BROWISTA USA Entrant’s Guide and choose to receive updates, we also send five follow-up emails from Pia Laing about entering the competition over the following 10 days. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and the series stops automatically if you unsubscribe or register.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, send relevant event or registration updates, plan the U.S. program, and measure interest. If you separately consent to text messages, we may send occasional SMS updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Service providers

We may process information through providers used for customer relationship management, email delivery, website hosting, analytics, and security. These providers receive only the information needed to perform those functions. We do not sell your personal information.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless service, to count visits and see which pages are used.

This site may use the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance through page views and resource requests. When the pixel loads, Meta receives the page URL, browser and device information, and cookie or browser identifiers it uses to measure ads. We honor Global Privacy Control by not loading the pixel when it is enabled. We do not send form contents to Meta.

Retention

We retain priority-list information only as long as reasonably needed to provide updates, plan the program, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.

Your choices and California rights

You can use an opt-out link where one is provided, reply STOP to text messages, or request access, correction, or deletion by emailing management@browhouse.com. California residents may also ask what personal information we collect, use, or disclose and may exercise applicable privacy rights without discriminatory treatment.
